Pet Policy

We are a Pet-Friendly Community!

$325 Non-Refundable Fee Per Pet, $200 Refundable Deposit Per Pet.
$40 rent per pet up to 50 lbs. Over 50 lbs $50 per pet. 
 

Breed Restrictions: No aggressive breeds are allowed on property. 

This list includes, but is not limited to: 

  • Pit Bulls

  • German Shepherds

  • Akitas

  • Staffordshire Terriers

  • Chows

  • Alaskan Malamutes

  • Doberman Pinschers

  • Rottweilers

  • Any wolf breeds

  • And any mix of these breeds
