We pride ourselves in the availability and accessibility of our management team! We are here to ensure your Ventana experience is as wonderful as possible with friendly team members ready to assist!
At Ventana, we have an on-site maintenance team ready to assist! Submit a maintenance request through the online portal or get in contact with the office to ensure the request is addressed as quickly as possible.
If you indicate permission on your work order, our service technicians are able to provide assistance while you're out and about in Scottsdale, AZ.
We ask that all maintenance requests are submitted through your resident portal. If you need assistance completing this, our team is happy to help.
If you find yourself locked out during business hours stop by our office, call our leasing team, or submit a help request online! If you are locked out after hours, you will need to contact a locksmith.
AMENITIES
Ventana has covered parking available for residents, so your arrival home from a day in Scottsdale is even easier.
Our apartments in North Scottsdale, offer the amenities that provide you with the activities you love. Spend your Saturday morning reading a new book by the pool, and easily accomplish your fitness goals at the fitness center. When you need to soothe sore muscles or just unwind, use the spa! the 24-Hour Gym where you can crush your latest fitness goals, the conference room ready to help you achieve admirable levels of productivity while working from home.
Ventana is proud to be pet-friendly! We even offer a dog park so you and your furry friend can run off some energy, and then go back to your cozy home for snuggles. There is a $50.00 dog rent per dog per month and a $35.00 per cat per month pet rent. Contact our leasing office to discuss breed restrictions, pet rent, or any other questions you may have.
At Ventana, you will have an in-unit washer/dryer and dishwasher to help you get chores done, so you can do more of what you love. Here, you can easily stay cool with the central A/C and cook to your heart's content with a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a stove, microwave, fridge, and so much more.
Ventana Apartments in Scottsdale come unfurnished, but we would be happy to assist you and connect you with a recommended vendor like Cort which provides furnishings at an additional cost.
ADMINISTRATIVE AND LEASING
Our applications take 2-3 business days to approve. If you have questions about the status of your application, please give our leasing team a call!
At Ventana, paying rent is made easy. You can choose to make your payments online with a bank account, debit, or credit card, or our office team is able to accept personal checks or certified funds!
Our renter's insurance requires the policy list all leaseholders, have a minimum of $100,000 personal liability, and list the property as an interested party. If you have any questions about the renter's insurance policy at Ventana, please contact our leasing office!
We are equipped for cable and internet with Cox Business.
If your situation changes, we offer buy-out options with a lease termination fee! When you need our assistance, please call our leasing team to discuss your options for leasing changes.
At Ventana, residents are responsible for paying all utilities. You are able to pay your monthly utility bill through our online portal for added convenience!

We offer excellent locations for public transportation. Uber, Lyft, and well-known bus lines are right within reach at Ventana.
Great schooling and education are right around the corner, as we are located in Scottsdale Unified School District #48.

FOR FUTURE RESIDENTS
To apply for your new home at Ventana, visit the Floor Plans page and apply now! You are also able to apply through the Applicants link at the top of the site or the Apply Now! menu item.
When reviewing an application to rent at Ventana, we conduct a criminal background check, verify rental history, analyze credit history, and income-to-rent ratio. If you have questions about our application process, please contact our leasing team to speak with one of our friendly team members.
Our property uses Nova to verify income. If no records are found using this software, you may be asked to provide another verification method, such as banking information or past paystubs to validate income.
Our system generates a risk vs credit score. Bankruptcies, judgments, and balance(s) owed to other management may cause an applicant to be denied.
You have picked a wonderful place for your first home! At Ventana, we are so excited to welcome you into our tight-knit community with all the features you're sure to love.

Our team suggests making a previously arranged appointment to prevent any wait time and to make sure all your questions about these apartments in North Scottsdale get addressed. However, we do also accept walk-ins.
Your North Scottsdale apartment will be prepped and ready for you to move in. We make sure your home is professionally cleaned, painted, and functioning properly so that when you move in, you're ready to relax at home.
Our community is located in the heart of Scottsdale, and due to the urban environment noise levels are expected to be moderate.
We want our residents to make their space just like home. We ask upon move out that the unit is returned to exactly as it was upon move-in to prevent any fees.
At our apartments in Scottsdale, residents will be responsible for paying monthly fees, such as utilities.
We don't allow subletting of any Ventana apartment. Subletting is severely prohibited.
We want Ventana to be as peaceful for all our residents as possible! Building quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. All of our community spaces are ready for your use without any charges!
The upfront costs when you sign a lease include your move-in rent, security deposits, first payment of monthly parking fee, prorated pet rent if applicable, and pet deposit if applicable. If you have any questions about the upfront costs, please contact our leasing office!
