Best place I’ve lived in the area
Love love love this location and my apartment was perfect. I had ample space, great parking, and a nice view of the mountains. ... The area is so quiet and neighbors are respectful. The Staff was so wonderful, Ally and Alicia got me set up and always had great communication. They always responded to my requests timely . They got repairs done urgently and the maintenance team was always courteous. I would stay for years if I wasn’t moving out of state. This place is a Gem. Home Away from Home
When I first moved out here several years ago, I had a list of apartments I wanted to check out before signing a lease. A ... couple of which were closer to my job at the time and I will be honest I drove past Ventana and thought it looked a bit dated. Well it is, but that doesn't matter once you finally step onto the grounds and see the community! From the grassy fields, 2 large pools, the gym and the walking path that goes through the community, to the convenience of being able to complete all your errands within a matter of a 5-10 minute drive and easy access to the 101, there's no beating this place! I feel safe being able to walk around the parking lot at all times of the day. I always see people either walking around enjoying the weather or taking their dogs for a walk! I left for a year but I am back. I, again, checked out several other apartments, closer to my job but my heart was stuck on Ventana. From the moment I signed a lease again, I knew I made the right decision. I was able to talk to the Assistant Manager, Ally, and she was very patient with me all throughout the application and moving in process. While I never had issues with the other people who worked in the office, there is a different, more homey feel with the way the new one is ran. From day 1, Ally has made sure to let me know that I can always reach out to her with any questions or concerns, and I usually have A LOT of questions. Her welcoming spirit was one of the reasons I fell in love with the complex. I’m always able to get a timely response when I email her and, and did I mention she was extremely helpful? Lol. YES! huge leap and bound from where we came from! The leasing process was very smooth and painless all thanks to Ally at the leasing office! She made us feel at home and made things as easy as possible, with flexible options, thorough tour, and being able to draw up new leasing paperwork on a whim notice when our old complex was removing us (not evicting) after we signed for a unit in October when in August, severe storm damage did a number on our old apartment. There was no trouble here at Ventana to need a different unit that was available way sooner! Ally made that seamless as possible! For a large complex the maintenance response time has been pretty prompt for any small requests or things we noticed needing repairs, even though we had a botched towel rod fix job which got remedied soon after. Not to mention the grounds and pool are pretty well kept. The only thing I will note for a minus one star is the appliances are quite dated but seem to keep tickin' and do the job. But, if they seem to be well taken care of then there's not much to complain about. And the 9ft ceilings make it feel much more roomy. Ventana's a hidden gem!

one of the best apartment management firms I have ever leased under, and that is solely because of the staff that they has chosen to manage this community. Tara Peña is not only a really nice and agreeable manager, but she is one of the best managers I have ever had. Never, even once, have I had an apartment issue that wasn’t solved as quickly and thoroughly as Tara solved every one of our problems. Talin and Shamail are also fantastic and every encounter I’ve had with them has been nothing short of amazing. Living here, you'll face almost no issues whatsoever. Furthermore, any issues that might crop up, this management team will fix it before you're even bothered. 5/5 Stars.
