and was very courteous. When it came to applying and getting approved Talin was very patient with me even when I had a few hic-ups. I was relocated from another city. So, I'm sure there might have been some time constraints involved but Talin made me none the wiser. Getting settled was was a smooth transition because of Talin excellent help.

professional and make you feel at home!! They even were awesome to my dog!! Lol..they will go out of their way to accommodate you and make sure your getting exactly what you are looking for in your new home..the grounds are beautiful and quiet and the units have gigantic balconies and huge walk in closets that were an important draw for me.. I absolutely love the location as it’s in close proximity to just about anything you want or need .. and right off the 101 so that’s great and convenient !!..the Mountains are practically in your back yard.. I feel safe here and comfortable in my new home...!! I’m a trail runner and the trails are 5 minutes away!! If you want the Scottsdale experience living here at Ventana is perfect!! .

anyone would post a negative review about him - he's super efficient, super fast to jump on any request - I basically always get an immediate response from him - and when he comes out to fix something he always does it perfect on the first try. He also has a good sense of humor and is extremely professional. My experience with Nick at Ventana has certainly been the best part of my experience here!

one of the best apartment management firms I have ever leased under, and that is solely because of the staff that they has chosen to manage this community. Tara Peña is not only a really nice and agreeable manager, but she is one of the best managers I have ever had. Never, even once, have I had an apartment issue that wasn’t solved as quickly and thoroughly as Tara solved every one of our problems. Talin and Shamail are also fantastic and every encounter I’ve had with them has been nothing short of amazing. Living here, you'll face almost no issues whatsoever. Furthermore, any issues that might crop up, this management team will fix it before you're even bothered. 5/5 Stars.

uncommon for apartments. The grounds are very beautiful. All the staff are professional and welcoming. It's close to the highway and several grocery stores within walking distance. Only 10-15 mins to old town Scottsdale. Community is quiet and serene. I highly recommend renting here!

a valued customer, which is so important these days and very rare! I’ve lived at many apartments in the valley and Ventana Apartments in Scottsdale has exceeded my expectations in every way possible! I have already referred a few friends to move in and will continue to do so! I love it here. The grounds are so beautiful and so is the pool. You won’t regret checking this place out! It’s also the cheapest in the area with the largest floor plans. The move-in process was smooth and easy. No complaints!

been away from it for quite some time. However, I am blessed to have found the Ventana Apartments Community. We have a Professional, friendly, and punctual front office. The pools are great and stay open so that even those of us who work late can enjoy them. The gym is clean and has some good equipment. There is no better location - we are minutes away from the 101, Costco, Safeway, Fry's, Home Depot, excellent restaurants and much more. This community is pet friendly and quiet. If there were 6 stars I would rate it as such.

experiences in apartment leasing many years ago, I was not looking forward to the renting scene. However, Ventana Apartments quickly erased my fears, My 1 bedroom apartment is spacious and clean. The grounds are well manicured. The pools are well maintained and they stay open late. The community gym is well equipped. The front office staff is professional, friendly, and very helpful. The location is idyllic, yet, being within a couple of minutes from the 101, Costco, Safeway, AJ's, Fry's, Home Depot, a variety of restaurants and so much more, it is conveniently located. I love it here!

flawless and extremely dedicated to get the work done on time and does it perfectly. Every time something breaks or needs to be fixed I ask for Tamas because I know the job gets done and it is done perfectly. He needs to be promoted because it's not easy finding someone like Mr. Cortez.

and valued. I had specific requirements and without any issues all my requirements were met. Talin also worked hard to get me all the move in discounts available to me. That saved me a considerable amount of money. Since I have been here I have had a couple of small maintenance issues come up and Talin addressed them immediately and Nick couldn't have been more professional, pleasant or skilled. Nick also saw me dealing with a small issue with my car and volunteered to help. I can't say enough good things about this place and especially the staff. Thank You!!!!
